 Pathways Child Development Center teaches a Biblical worldview in accordance with the following Statement of Faith. Pathways Preschools was founded and functions upon the basic fundamental principles of the Word of God, and holds a Biblical worldview as presented in the Bible. The following statements of faith and practice are agreed to be taught by every Pathways employee, even if not in full agreement. Each employee will uphold the verses and bible stories taught to the children at the center as outlined in the curriculum.

• We believe the Bible is God's word to us. Human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit, wrote it. It is the inspired and only written infallible, authoritative, without any mixture or error, Word of God (Biblical References: 2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21).
• We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Biblical References: Genesis 1:1; John 10:30; John 10:37-38).
• We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory (Biblical References: Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:35; Hebrews 4:15; Hebrews 7:25; John 2:11; Hebrews 9:12; Ephesians 1:7; Colossians 1:14; John 11:25; Acts 1:11; Revelation 19:11-16).
• We believe that humankind is marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God called sin. Regeneration is only possible by relationship with Jesus Christ and indwelling of the Holy Spirit through salvation which is essential for Christ's Kingdom on earth. (Biblical References: Romans 3:19, 23; John 3:16-19; John 5:24; Ephesians 2:8-10; Titus 3:5-6).
• We believe in the continuing ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is able to live a Godly life (Biblical References: Ephesians 5:18; Ephesians 4:30; | Corinthians 3:16; | Corinthians 6:19-20).
• We believe that all human life is sacred and created in God's image. Human life is of inestimable worth in all its dimensions, including pre-born babies, the aged, the physically or mentally challenged, and every other stage or condition from conception through natural death. We are therefore called to defend, protect, and value all human life (Biblical Reference: Ps 139)
• We believe that God wonderfully and immutably creates each person as male or female. (Biblical References: Genesis 1:26-28; Genesis 5:12). These two, distinct, complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God. (Biblical References: Gen 1:26-27.)
• We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost-those who are saved unto eternal life and those who are lost unto eternal damnation (Biblical References; John 5:28-29). We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ (Biblical References: Romans 8:9; | Corinthians 12:12-13; Galatians 3:26-28).
• We believe that God offers redemption and restoration to all who confess, repent of sin, and seek His mercy and forgiveness through Jesus Christ (Biblical References: Acts 3:19-21; Romans 10:9-10; | Corinthians 6:9-11).
• We believe that every person must be afforded compassion, love, kindness, respect, and dignity (Biblical References: Mark 12:28-31; Luke 6:31). Hateful or harassing behavior or attitudes directed towards any individual should be repudiated as they are not in accordance with the Scriptures; nor are they in accordance with the core values of Pathways Child Development Center.

Our Statement of Faith is not exhaustive of all our beliefs. The Bible, as the inspired written Word of God, speaks with absolute authority regarding the proper conduct of mankind and is the unchanging foundation for all belief and behavior. The Pathways Board holds final interpretive authority on Biblical meaning and application with regard to faith, doctrine, policy, practice, and discipline as they apply to the School-Pathways Child Development Center.

 Pathways Child Development Center offers a faith-based preschool and a

mother's morning out program that creates a safe, nurturing, and Christ-Centered atmosphere. This environment promotes young children's spiritual, social, and academic development through play-based, age-appropriate activities. Recognizing the home as the first educational setting, we work in partnership with families to support their children's foundational learning, integrating Christian values and love.

Our faith-based, hands-on curriculum weaves spiritual growth and character development into interactive learning centers, sensory exploration, and creative play while fully aligning with the Colorado Early Learning and Development Guidelines for school readiness.

• Hands-on Discovery: Children use manipulatives, sensory bins, and process art to explore the physical world, naturally building early math and science concepts.
• State Standards Alignment: Activities intentionally support motor skills, cognitive growth, and social-emotional development to match official pre-kindergarten benchmarks.
